1. Introduction

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Aori application and the Aori website (aori-ai.app). Aori and Aori AI are product and brand names.

2. License

Aori grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the Aori application on your own devices for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You may not: distribute, sublicense, sell, rent, or lease the application; reverse engineer or decompile the application except as permitted by applicable law; or use the application for any unlawful purpose.

3. Third-Party Services

Aori is a bring-your-own-key (BYOK) application. To use Aori, you must obtain API keys from third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Groq, DeepSeek, or OpenRouter). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

By connecting third-party services (Telegram, WhatsApp, Notion, Google Account), you agree to those services' terms of use. Aori is not responsible for those services or their availability.

4. WhatsApp Usage

If you use Aori's WhatsApp integration, you are responsible for complying with WhatsApp's Terms of Service. Aori recommends using a dedicated WhatsApp account and SIM card for this purpose rather than your personal account.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Aori is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Aori publisher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the application.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Aori after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will note the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
